Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without any penalty. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your booking time. Simply reach out to us or use the online booking system to select a new time. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the session may be counted as used, and no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
