Hello, Self. Again.

There is a reason why the blog starts and stops, and I seem to be reintroducing myself over and over, and it is only now that I fully understand why -- it is in my design.

I am an Emotional Manifestor, which means I initiate mostly when I feel like it. And because I have undefined sacral, consistency is not my strongest trait. And because of my open G-center, my identity shifts often.

During the course of four years of starting BeFABWellness, I have changed branding, priorities, modalities, service offerings for about 10 times already, I think. And I will probably shift some more. My service offerings are life inspired, and will always morph as I myself evolve, but one thing will always remain -- my heart that serves it all.

In Feng Shui, the number 4 is associated with the Wood element, represented by the Xun trigram. Think of a tree: rooted in the earth, reaching toward the light, bending with the wind, and continuously growing.

A tree doesn't grow in a straight line. It responds to its environment. It sheds what it no longer needs. It stretches toward the light. And even as its branches expand in different directions, it remains connected to its roots.

Perhaps this is what I am learning about my own journey.

For the longest time, I thought that changing directions meant I hadn't figured things out yet. Every new idea came with the question of whether I was finally getting it right. Every shift felt like another beginning, another version of myself to introduce to the world.

But what if evolution isn't a sign that we are lost?

What if we are simply allowing ourselves to grow into the people we are becoming?

Looking back, BeFABWellness has never really been just one thing. It has been a reflection of the things I was learning, the experiences I was moving through, and the parts of myself I was beginning to understand. Each modality I explored, each service I created, and each rebrand brought me a little closer to something I couldn't quite articulate at the time.

My work in Human Design taught me to look inward. Theta Healing invited me to examine the beliefs I had carried. Feng Shui reminded me that the spaces we inhabit can support the lives we want to live.

And through all of it, I began to understand that designing a life isn't about getting every detail right. It's about creating the space to listen, to learn, to unlearn, and to make choices that feel more like you.

Maybe that is what returning to ourselves really means.

Not going back to the person we were before life happened. Not trying to recover some version of ourselves we think we have lost. But gently finding our way beneath the expectations, the responsibilities, the identities, and the versions of ourselves we created just to keep going.

It's remembering what matters to us, allowing ourselves to change, and trusting that we can grow without abandoning our roots.

So, will BeFAB Wellness change again? Probably.

I may discover new ways of serving. I may find new language for the work I do. I may outgrow the very things that feel right to me today.

But I am learning that I don't need to have the entire journey figured out to take the next step.

I can keep evolving without losing myself. I can change direction without losing my purpose. And I can grow into someone new while remaining connected to the heart of who I am.

Perhaps that is the real work — not to become someone else, but to return to ourselves, again and again, with a little more understanding, a little more compassion, and a little more room to grow.

And if you're in a season of change yourself, perhaps you don't need another plan to become a better version of who you think you should be.

Perhaps you just need a little space to remember who you are.

Because sometimes, the life we are trying so hard to design is waiting for us on the other side of all the

things we have been taught to be.

And the journey home begins when we finally give ourselves permission to return.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

I am Ayen — a designer, Theta Healer, and Life Designer based in Dubai.

For years, I have designed spaces, experiences, and beautiful things for others. Somewhere along the way, I realized that the most important thing I could design was my own life.

This blog is a collection of that journey — the lessons, shifts, questions, and discoveries that have shaped me along the way.

Through design, healing, Human Design, Feng Shui, and simply being willing to look within, I am learning what it means to create a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and truly my own.

This is my healing journey.
And perhaps, somewhere in these stories, you’ll find a little of yours, too.

Let the posts
come to you.
